The Process
Thoughtful, clear, and entirely unhurried.
Working with an interior stylist should feel like a relief — not another project to manage. Here is exactly what to expect from the moment we speak to the day your home is transformed.
Discovery
A conversation about your home and your life.
Every project begins with a complimentary discovery call — no pressure, no commitment. We talk about your space, your life stage, what feels off, and what you're hoping to feel when you walk through the door. This is where I listen.
There is no obligation after this call. If we're a good fit, we move forward together. If not, I'll point you in the right direction.
Home Assessment
I come to your home and see it with fresh eyes.
Once we decide to work together, I visit your home for an in-depth assessment. I walk every room, take detailed notes, photograph the space, and — most importantly — ask questions. What do you love? What frustrates you? What do you wish felt different?
This is also where I begin to understand the emotional landscape of your home — what matters to you, what carries meaning, and what you're ready to let go of.
Design Direction
A clear vision, presented with intention.
Within one to two weeks of the assessment, I present a detailed design direction for your project. This includes a curated mood board, furniture and accessory recommendations, sourcing proposals, and a clear plan for how the space will come together.
This presentation is a collaborative moment — not a reveal. I want your feedback, your reactions, and your honest thoughts before anything is ordered or moved.
Sourcing & Procurement
Every piece found with care.
Once the design direction is approved, I handle all sourcing and procurement. I work with a network of trusted vendors, trade sources, and independent makers to find pieces that are beautiful, well-made, and right for your home — at a range of price points.
I am transparent about pricing and markups. You will always know what you're paying and why.
Installation & Styling
The day your home transforms.
Installation day is where everything comes together. I arrive with all sourced pieces, rearrange existing furniture, hang art, layer textiles, and style every surface — down to the last detail. You are welcome to be present or return to a finished home.
Most installations are completed in a single day. Larger projects may require two days.
Follow-Through
The project doesn't end at installation.
After installation, I check in within two weeks to see how the space is living. Sometimes a piece needs to move. Sometimes something isn't working the way we hoped. I want your home to feel right — not just look right on the day I leave.
Many clients continue working with me over time — adding pieces seasonally, refreshing a new room, or returning when life changes again.
A Note on Pace
"I do not rush. A home that has been lived in for years deserves more than a weekend makeover. It deserves care."
Every step of this process is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and time to make decisions that feel right — not just decisions that feel fast. The result is a home you will love for years, not just weeks.
Common Questions
Everything you might want to know.
How long does a typical project take?
From discovery call to installation, most projects take four to eight weeks. The timeline depends on the scope of work and lead times for sourced pieces. I will give you a realistic timeline estimate during the assessment.
Do I need to buy all new furniture?
Absolutely not. In fact, I prefer to work with what you already own whenever possible. Your existing pieces carry history and meaning — my job is to help them shine and fill in the gaps with intention.
What is the investment?
Every project is different. Pricing is based on scope, number of rooms, and the extent of sourcing required. We discuss investment parameters during the discovery call so there are no surprises.
What is my primary service area?
My primary service area is Central and Southern New Jersey. For the right project, I am open to travel. Please reach out to discuss.
Can I hire you just for sourcing or organizing?
Yes. Curated Sourcing and Luxury Organizing Integration are available as standalone services. Many clients begin with one service and expand from there.
What if I only want help with one room?
That is perfectly fine. Room Reimagining is designed exactly for that — a single space, done beautifully and completely.
